Curried Tuna Wraps
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (12-ounce) can solid white tuna in water, drained and flaked
- 2 tablespoons minced red onion
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 4 (8-inch) whole-wheat flour tortillas
- 2 cups torn green leaf lettuce
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a spoon. Stir in tuna, onion, and raisins, breaking up any large chunks of tuna with a spoon.
- Spoon about 1/3 cup tuna mixture down center of each tortilla. Top each with 1/2 cup lettuce; roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap or foil, and chill until serving.
- Young Chefs can:
- Tear lettuce leaves
- Pour tuna in colander or strainer to drain
- Older Chefs can:
- Stir together measured ingredients
- Help spoon tuna on tortillas and assemble wraps
