Peaches And Cream Dessert
- 3/4 c. plain flour
- 1 small vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 16 oz. can peach slices
- 8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Stir together flour, pudding mix and baking powder.
- Combine egg, milk and margarine.
- Add to dry ingredients.
- Mix well. Spread in greased 8-inch baking pan.
- Drain peaches, reserving 1/3 cup liquid.
- Chop peaches; sprinkle on top of batter.
- Beat together the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and reserved peach liquid.
- Pour on top of peaches in pan.
- Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over all.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
- Cool in refrigerator.
