Gingerbread Ring

- 3 cups flaked coconut (about a 14-ounce bag)

- Spread 1 tablespoon Snowy Icing on bottom of 12" Styrofoam ring; place ring on a cake pedestal, frosting side down; press firmly. Frost top and sides of ring with icing. Keep remaining icing covered with a damp cloth. Sprinkle coconut over ring, pressing gently with fingers.
- Spoon 1/2 teaspoon icing onto backs of each of 11 Gingerbread Men cookies. Press cookies against outside of ring, working quickly. (Frosting dries quickly.) Stand 13 cookies in a row on top of wreath; stand 11 cookies in a row behind first row, spacing them so heads show in both rows. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon icing onto backs of each of 10 cookies. Press cookies against inside of ring.
- Press and stand 1 candy cane between each cookie on outside of ring. To serve, use a small knife to remove Gingerbread Men from ring, if necessary.
