Beef Stew

  1. Cook
  2. in
  3. Dutch
  4. oven
  5. or
  6. 6 quart pot.
  7. Saute onion in Promise.
  8. Add
  9. beef and cook on medium heat until most of pink is gone.
  10. Addtomatoes,
  11. carrots
  12. and potatoes, bay leaf and bouillon
  13. cube.
  14. Bring
  15. totoil and then reduce to simmer for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add pepper
  16. and
  17. check
  18. for salt.
  19. Add if necessary.
  20. Stew is even better the second day.
  21. Good served with garlic bread.
