Green Pizza
- 1 recipe pizza dough
- 1/8 c. olive oil
- 1/8 c. butter
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- fresh basil, tarragon and marjoram
- fresh oregano and thyme, finely chopped
- 8 to 10 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. sliced pitted black olives
- 1 can artichoke bottoms
- 4 oz. Prosciutto ham
- thinly sliced onion
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- Mix pizza dough recipe according to directions.
- Saute garlic and herbs in olive oil and butter until garlic is soft.
- Add chicken broth and cornstarch, stirring until thickened.
- Cover pizza dough with this mixture, then add layer of artichokes, ham, onions and cheese and sprinkle olives on top.
- Bake in hot oven at 450u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
