Curried Chicken Breasts
- 3 broiler-fryer chicken breasts (2 lb.), skinned, boned and halved lengthwise
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- dash of paprika
- 1 (3 oz.) can broiled, sliced mushrooms, drained (reserve liquid)
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/4 c. Sauterne
- 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- dash of pepper
- Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and paprika.
- Place in an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan.
- In small saucepan, drain the liquid from the mushrooms; add chicken bouillon cube.
- Heat and stir until bouillon is dissolved.
- To the mushroom liquid, add sliced mushrooms, Sauterne, minced onion, curry powder and pepper. Pour over chicken.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 20 minutes more.
