Nassawango Country Club Crab Dip
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) regular or canned crabmeat
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. salad dressing
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- pinch of garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. milk (approximately)
- 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- paprika for garnish
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, salad dressing, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and garlic salt until smooth.
- Add enough milk to make mixture creamy.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons grated cheese.
- Fold crabmeat into cream cheese mixture.
- Pour into greased 1-quart casserole dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake in preheated 325u0b0 oven until mixture is bubbly and brown on top, about 30 minutes.
- Makes 4 cups.
- Serve with crackers.
