I Love Cheesecake
- 1 bag M&M'S(R) Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for Valentine's Day
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 8-oz. packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- Red food coloring
- 1 cup ground chocolate wafers
- 12 large cupcake papers
- Large cupcake pan
- Resealable plastic bag
- Prep time: 20 min.
- Baking time: 15-18 min.
- Decoration time: 5 min.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a regular muffin tin with cupcake paper.
- Combine cookie crumbs with melted butter. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the cookie mixture into the bottom of each cup. Press to make an even layer. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Spoon 1/2 cup of the batter into the plastic bag. Set aside.
- Tint the remaining cheesecake batter pink.
- Fold 1 1/2 cups of M&M'S(R) Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for Valentine's Day into the tinted cheesecake batter. Spoon the batter into the prepared cups.
- Snip a very small corner of the plastic bag with plain batter. Pipe small dots on top of the tinted batter.
- Bake until almost set, about 15 to 18 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and cool in pan. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Dot cheesecakes with the remaining M&M'S(R) Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for Valentine's Day.
