Christmas Ribbon Salad
- 1 pkg. each lemon, lime and raspberry Jell-O
- 3 c. boiling water
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. salad dressing
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- Add 1 cup boiling water to lime Jell-O.
- Dissolve and add 3/4 cup cold water.
- Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Chill until set.
- Add 1 cup boiling water to lemon Jell-O; dissolve.
- Stir in marshmallows.
- Let cool and add cream cheese.
- Beat until blended. Chill until slightly thickened, then blend in whipped cream, pineapple and salad dressing.
- Chill until thick.
- Spoon over lime Jell-O and chill until set.
- Dissolve raspberry in 1 cup boiling water, then add 3/4 cup cold water.
- Let stand until thick, then pour over lime and lemon mixture.
- Chill until firm.
