Hot Chicken Salad
- 2 chickens (cooked, deboned and cut into pieces)
- 1 c. almonds
- 1 c. water chestnuts, diced
- 4 c. diced celery
- 2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Accent
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 jar black olives
- 1 jar green olives
- 1 bunch celery, cut in strips
- 1 bunch carrots, cut in strips and chopped
- 2 cans artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 pkg. cherry tomatoes
- 1 lb. mushrooms
- 1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 2/3 c. cider vinegar
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 or 3 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
