Rapidrise Pizza Dough

  1. In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, undissolved yeast and salt.
  2. Stir very warm water and oil into dry ingredients.
  3. Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough.
  4. Knead dough on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 4 to 6 minutes. Cover; let rest on floured surface for 10 minutes.
  5. Lightly oil 1 (14-inch) or 2 (12-inch) round pizza pans.
  6. Sprinkle with cornmeal.
  7. Form dough into smooth ball.
  8. Roll dough to fit pans. Add own sauce and toppings.
  9. Bake in preheated 400u0b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until done.
  10. Time depends on size and thickness of crust and toppings.
