Sweet And Sour Chicken Salad

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in teriyaki sauce for several hours. Bake in microwave until cooked.
  2. Cut into cubes.
  3. Fry won ton strips in a little sesame oil or vegetable oil until crisp.
  4. Drain on paper towels. Boil the sugar, vinegar, salt, oil, pepper and sweet and sour sauce.
  5. Cool.
  6. Mix lettuce with chicken, sesame seed and green onions.
  7. Add dressing and won tons immediately before serving.
  8. Serves 6.
