Creamy Mashed Cauliflower

  1. Bring water to a boil; add cauliflower and garlic. Cook 15 minutes or until tender; drain. In food processor or blender, process cauliflower, garlic, mayonnaise and salt until creamy. Sprinkle, if desired, with pepper.
  2. Also terrific with Hellmann's(R) or Best Foods(R) Light Mayonnaise or Hellmann's(R) or Best Foods(R) Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing.
