Creamy Mashed Cauliflower
- 1 1/2 quarts water
- 5 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
- 1/4 cup Hellmann's(R) or Best Foods(R) Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Bring water to a boil; add cauliflower and garlic. Cook 15 minutes or until tender; drain. In food processor or blender, process cauliflower, garlic, mayonnaise and salt until creamy. Sprinkle, if desired, with pepper.
- Also terrific with Hellmann's(R) or Best Foods(R) Light Mayonnaise or Hellmann's(R) or Best Foods(R) Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing.
