Turkey Lasagna
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2-3 cups chopped, cooked turkey
- 2 cups shredded American cheese or Cheddar cheese
- Cook noodles-drain-rinse-drain again.
- In large bowl, stir together soups, Parmesan cheese garlic powder, sour cream and chopped onion.
- Add turkey.
- In a 9 X 13 inch casserole/cake pan, layer 1/3 of cooked noodles, spread with 1/3 of turkey mixture, sprinkle with 1/3 of shredded cheese.
- Repeat 2 times.
- Save cheese to sprinkle on before serving.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45-60 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, let stand 10 minutes before serving.
