Venison Cheeseburger Pie

  1. Heat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. Prepare pie crust for 9-inch pie.
  3. In skillet, brown meats and drain.
  4. Stir in 1 teaspoon salt, oregano, pepper, bread crumbs, tomato sauce, onion and green pepper.
  5. Pour into shell.
  6. Mix together 1 egg, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, Worcestershire sauce and shredded cheese.
  7. Pour this mixture over meat mixture and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Preparation time 1 hour. Serves 4.
