Old-Fashioned Lemon Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of the flour with 10x sugar.
  4. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  5. Pat evenly in pan.
  6. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add remaining ingredients.
  8. Pour over baked crust.
  9. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes longer or until lemon topping is set and lightly browned.
  10. Cool completely.
  11. Dust with 10x sugar.
  12. Cut in 1 x 2-inch bars.
  13. Store in refrigerator.
  14. Makes 48 bars.
