Crispy Oat Cookies

  1. Cream oleo; gradually add sugars, beating well at medium speed with electric mixer.
  2. Add egg and beat well.
  3. Add oil and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Combine flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well.
  5. Stir in oats and remaining ingredients.
  6. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten each ball with a fork.
  7. Bake at 325u0b0 for 15 minutes; cool slightly and remove from cookie sheet and cool.
  8. Yields 10 dozen.
