Crabmeat Casserole

  1. Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk; then add next six ingredients.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add sherry.
  4. Add little hot sauce to egg; then add egg to rest of sauce.
  5. Add hot sauce, salt, pepper and crabmeat.
  6. Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle top with bread crumbs, mixed with 1 tablespoon melted butter.
  7. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. Serves 6 to 8.
