Beef Casserole With Corn Muffin Top

  1. Saute beef and onion in the hot fat in a heavy skillet.
  2. Stir in the consomme, parsley, salt, pepper and A.1. Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Spread the mixture in a casserole of a size that will leave at least an inch of space at the top.
  4. Make your favorite muffin recipe or use a corn muffin mix.
  5. Spoon it carefully on top of the casserole, smoothing with a knife.
  6. Bake 25 minutes at 350u0b0. Serves 5 to 6. Serve with fluffy mashed potatoes and buttered broccoli.
