Cabbage Casserole

  1. Fry
  2. bacon
  3. and
  4. remove
  5. fromtrease.
  6. Sautetnions, celery,
  7. bell pepper and garlic in bacon grease.
  8. Add mushroom soup and
  9. Ro-Tel tomatoes to this.tour in a large baking pan including
  10. fried bacon.
  11. Saute ground meat and pour Ragu sauce and beef broth to this.
  12. Mix everything including cabbage and raw rice;
  13. season to
  14. taste.
  15. Bake
  16. att50u0b0 covered for about 1 1/2 hours.
  17. Uncover and
  18. stir top with bread crumbs and bake another 15 to 20 minutes.
  19. Serves 10 to 12.
  20. Serve with salad.
