Spicy-Sweet Glazed Chicken
- 1/4 cup lower-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chile paste
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cooking spray
- Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, chile paste, and minced garlic. Place chicken in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add soy mixture; seal. Marinate in refrigerator 1 hour. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from bag. Place marinade in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook 4 minutes. Sprinkle chicken with salt; place on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Baste with half of sauce. Grill 5 minutes. Turn chicken over; baste with remaining sauce. Grill 5 minutes or until done.
