Noodle Ring

  1. Melt
  2. butter,
  3. milk and cheese in saucepan.
  4. Add onion, parsley,
  5. pimentos and bread crumbs.
  6. Stir.
  7. Add a little warm mixture
  8. to
  9. beaten
  10. eggs; slowly add eggs to mixture and cook until
  11. thick.
  12. Fold in cooked noodles. Pour into buttered ring mold
  13. or
  14. an
  15. 8 x 12-inch casserole.
  16. Let set at room temperature. Bake
  17. at
  18. 350u0b0
  19. for
  20. 30
  21. minutes.
  22. Cool and turn out of mold. Serve with English peas in center of mold.
