Noodle Ring
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. processed cheese (pasteurized)
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 3 eggs, beaten well
- 1 c. broken noodles, cooked and rinsed
- 1 (16 oz.) can English peas
- Melt
- butter,
- milk and cheese in saucepan.
- Add onion, parsley,
- pimentos and bread crumbs.
- Stir.
- Add a little warm mixture
- to
- beaten
- eggs; slowly add eggs to mixture and cook until
- thick.
- Fold in cooked noodles. Pour into buttered ring mold
- or
- an
- 8 x 12-inch casserole.
- Let set at room temperature. Bake
- at
- 350u0b0
- for
- 30
- minutes.
- Cool and turn out of mold. Serve with English peas in center of mold.
