Kodiak Casserole
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 4 c. diced onions
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 medium green peppers, diced
- 4 c. celery, diced
- 1 (5 3/4 oz.) jar stuffed green olives (undrained)
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces (undrained)
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1 (8 oz.) jar picante sauce
- 1 (18 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 to 4 c. medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- In a Dutch oven, brown ground beef with onions and garlic; drain.
- Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
- Mix well. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with the cheese just before serving.
- Yield:
- 16 to 20 servings.
