Beef Fajita Pizza
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 pound lean, boneless sirloin steak, trimmed
- 1 (10-ounce) thin Italian cheese-flavored pizza crust (such as Boboli)
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
- 3/4 cup (3 ounces) pre-shredded light Mexican cheese blend
- Preheat oven to 450u0b0.
- Place a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. While pan heats, combine chili powder and garlic powder; sprinkle over both sides of steak. Add steak to pan; cook 4 minutes on each side. Remove steak from pan; let stand 5 minutes. Slice steak diagonally across grain into 1/4-inch slices.
- Lightly coat pizza crust with cooking spray; spread salsa evenly over crust. Arrange pepper and onion evenly over salsa. Top with steak strips; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 450u0b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Cut into 8 slices.
