Layered Cookie Cream Cake
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- JELL-O INSTANT PUDDING OPTIONS:
- Lemon
- Vanilla
- Chocolate
- Butterscotch
- FLAVORING CHOICES:
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 3/4 to 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- COOKIE POSSIBILITIES:
- 30 Nabisco Ginger Snaps
- 30 Famous Chocolate Wafers
- 30 Chips Ahoy! Real Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 60 Nilla Wafers (makes 2 logs)
- milk into medium bowl. Add 1 pkg. (4-serving size) dry pudding mix and flavoring. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.
