Layered Cookie Cream Cake

• 1 cup milk
• 1 1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
• JELL-O INSTANT PUDDING OPTIONS:
• Lemon
• Vanilla
• Chocolate
• Butterscotch
• FLAVORING CHOICES:
• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 3/4 to 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• COOKIE POSSIBILITIES:
• 30 Nabisco Ginger Snaps
• 30 Famous Chocolate Wafers
• 30 Chips Ahoy! Real Chocolate Chip Cookies
• 60 Nilla Wafers (makes 2 logs)

1. milk into medium bowl. Add 1 pkg. (4-serving size) dry pudding mix and flavoring. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.
2. about 2 tsp. pudding mixture onto each cookie. Begin stacking cookies together, standing on edge on serving platter to make a log. Frost with remaining pudding mixture.
3. overnight. Cut diagonally to serve.
