Creamy Red Potato Salad

  1. Cover potatoes with water in 4-quart saucepot; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain and cool slightly.
  2. Thoroughly combine all ingredients except potatoes in large salad bowl. Add potatoes and toss gently. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
  3. NOTE: Recipe can be halved.
  4. Also terrific with Wish-Bone(R) Robusto Italian Dressing.
