Mom'S Easy Lasagna

  1. Brown meat; drain, then add tomato sauce, water and salt. Heat to a boil.
  2. Squeeze excess liquid from spinach.
  3. In blender or food processor, add spinach, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. In 3-quart baking dish, layer sauce and uncooked lasagna.
  6. Spread with spinach filling.
  7. Continue layers of sauce, cheese, lasagna and sauce.
  8. Cover with foil.
  9. Bake at 375u0b0 for 1 hour.
  10. Serves 6 to 8.
