Shortcut Lasagna

  1. Heat oil in skillet.
  2. Add meat; cook, breaking up with spoon. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce and vegetable juice.
  3. Cover bottom of oiled 13 x 9-inch baking dish with thin layer of meat sauce. Add layer of uncooked noodles, cottage and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with meat sauce on top.
  4. Cover tightly with heavy aluminum foil.
  5. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 1 hour.
  6. Remove from oven; let stand for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
  8. Serves 6 to 8.
