Cheesy Rotini
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. rotini noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 tsp. beef flavored bouillon
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Prepare noodles as directed; drain.
- In large skillet, cook ground beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in milk, Ricotta cheese and rotini noodles.
- Pour into a 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake, covered, in a 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
