Orange-Basil Orzo Pilaf

  1. Place broth in a medium sauce-pan; bring broth to a boil. Add orzo; reduce heat, and simmer 9 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  2. While orzo cooks, melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add carrot and next 3 ingredients; saute 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. Add cooked orzo, basil, and remaining ingredients; stir well to combine.
