Autumn Pork Chop Dinner

  1. In skillet heat oil and brown chops; set aside.
  2. Toss cabbage with parsley and brown sugar; place in baking dish.
  3. Top with potatoes and beans.
  4. Arrange chops on vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and apple juice.
  6. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  7. Combine crumbs and butter and sprinkle on top.
  8. Return to oven 5 minutes.
  9. Makes 2 servings.
