Chicken Spaghetti
- 1 large fryer
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped pimento
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chopped mushrooms
- 8 oz. broken spaghetti
- parsley flakes
- chives and bay leaves
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. plus grated Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- Cook fryer with seasonings (salt, pepper, parsley flakes, chives and bay leaves).
- When chicken is tender, remove from bones and cut up.
- Saute bell pepper, onion and celery.
- Add chicken, along with 2 cans of mushroom soup, pimentos and mushrooms.
- Cook spaghetti in broth with added water.
- Mix all together in large baking dish with 1 cup cheese.
- Cover with more cheese.
- Heat in a 350u0b0 oven.
