Banana Split Delight
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 5 medium bananas
- 8 oz. whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
- 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 c. chocolate syrup (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Mix cake according to package directions.
- Pour into greased jelly roll pan and bake 20 minutes. Cool.
- Combine pudding, cream cheese and milk.
- Beat until smooth.
- Spread on cooled cake.
- Sprinkle drained pineapple on top of filling.
- Slice bananas and arrange on pineapple.
- Spread whipped topping on top of bananas.
- Garnish with cherries, nuts and chocolate syrup.
