Creamy Garden Wedges
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 2 medium green onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/8 t. garlic powder
- 3 c. fresh vegetables (sliced radishes, celery, red onion, chopped broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper, and or squash)
- 1/3 c. boiling water
- 1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 t. dried dill
- 1 c. shredded cheese, optional
- Heat oven to 450u0b0.
- Stir bisquick, boiling water and onions in medium bowl until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Press dough onto ungreased 12 inch pizza pan; pinch edges to form 1/2 inch rim.
- Bake 10 minutes; cool 10 minutes.
- Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, dill, and garlic powder until well blended.
- Spread evenly over crust.
- Chill 1 hour.
- Just before serving top with vegetables and cheese.
- Cut into wedges.
- Makes about 18 appetizers.
