Dive In Potato Dippers
- 2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 (1 oz.) pkg. Ranch Style party dip mix
- 3 baking potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. shredded Colby cheese
- You will need Reynolds plastic wrap and Reynolds Cut Rite wax paper.
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt and dip mix.
- Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate.
- Cut each potato lengthwise into 6 wedges.
- On a large microwave-safe plate, arrange potato wedges in circle.
- Brush potato wedges with butter; sprinkle with seasoned salt.
- Microwave on High for 6 minutes.
- Rotate plate 1/2 turn. Microwave additional 7 to 9 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove wax paper.
- Sprinkle cheese over potatoes.
- Let stand until cheese is melted.
- Serve with prepared party dip.
- Refrigerate leftover dip.
- Serve with raw vegetables or chips.
- Makes 4 servings.
