Four Grain Salad

  1. Cook each of the grains according to package directions. Drain and cool slightly; mix together.
  2. Mix in celery, onions, garlic, green pepper and olives.
  3. Pour olive oil over (just enough to coat the mixture).
  4. Sprinkle on some, a tablespoon or so. Season and taste to adjust seasonings and dressing to your liking. (Vinegar could be red wine vinegar or could use part wine vinegar and balsamic.)
