Stuffed Italian Chicken Rolls

  1. Pound chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness.
  2. Mix eggs and milk together.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into egg mixture and then roll in bread crumbs.
  4. Spray olive oil on both sides of chicken breast.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on one side, then add a layer of shredded cheese.
  6. Tightly roll up and place into a casserole dish with seam down.
  7. When finished placing all the chicken breasts in the dish, spray olive oil on all of the chicken rolls very well.
  8. Bake in oven at 400u0b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
