Taco Lasagne

  1. Brown beef, onion, cumin and garlic.
  2. Stir in chili powder, salt, pepper and water.
  3. Simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Pour 1/2 cup taco sauce in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Place 5 tortillas on sauce overlapping.
  6. Layer ingredients as follows:
  7. 1/2 cup taco sauce, all of meat mixture, sour cream, cheese (reserve some for topping). Top with remaining tortillas, then 1/2 cup sauce.
  8. Bake covered in 375u0b0 oven for 40 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  10. Bake uncovered 5 to 8 minutes.
  11. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. May be assembled and refrigerated a day ahead.
