Seafood Casserole
- 2 c. small seashell macaroni
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 lb. crabmeat
- 1/2 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1/2 pt. oysters
- 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese (mild), shredded and divided
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- seasoned bread crumbs
- Cook
- macaroni
- according
- to
- package
- instructions. Season with salt, pepper
- and
- 1/4
- cup
- shredded
- cheese; set aside. Saute onion and
- pepper
- in margarine; add the seafood and cook for 2 to
- 3 minutes.
- Set aside.
- Crumble sausage and fry until done; set aside.
- Mix Worcestershire sauce, mushroom soup, milk, mayonnaise
- and
- remaining
- cheese.
- Combine
- this mixture with macaroni
- mixture,
- seafood
- mixture and sausage. Mix well.
- Turn into a
- greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Sprinkle with the seasoned bread crumbs.
- Bake
- in a 350u0b0 oven about 25 to 30 minutes, until bubbly hot.
