Coconut Blondies(Low Calorie - 90 Calories Each)

  1. Melt oleo in medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add cereal. Cook 2 minutes, stir constantly.
  3. Remove from heat; add brown sugar, vanilla and egg, stirring well.
  4. Set aside cereal mixture. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; add to cereal, stirring well. Spread into 8-inch square pan, coated with vegetable cooking spray. Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 minutes.
  5. Let cool and cut into 2-inch square bars.
  6. Store in covered container in fridge.
  7. Yields 16 bars.
