Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
- 24 large mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 2 Tbsp. chopped mushroom stems
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. sherry
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- paprika
- dash of Old Bay seasoning
- Rinse mushrooms in cold water; dry.
- Remove and chop stems. Blend flour and seasonings into butter.
- Add cream gradually. Cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.
- Add mushroom stems, parsley and sherry.
- Mix well.
- Stir in crab meat.
- Stuff mushrooms.
- Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
- Bake on greased baking sheet at 350u0b0 for
- 15 minutes.
