Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Rinse mushrooms in cold water; dry.
  2. Remove and chop stems. Blend flour and seasonings into butter.
  3. Add cream gradually. Cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.
  4. Add mushroom stems, parsley and sherry.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Stir in crab meat.
  7. Stuff mushrooms.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
  9. Bake on greased baking sheet at 350u0b0 for
  10. 15 minutes.
