Curried Mahimahi

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow bowl; dredge one side of each fillet in flour mixture. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add fish, floured side down, and cook 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  2. Combine chutney and next 3 ingredients. Serve fish immediately with chutney mixture. Sprinkle each serving with green onions.
