Oven Fried Chicken Thighs

  1. Wash chicken thighs; pat dry and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, beat egg and half and half.
  3. In another bowl, combine the bread crumbs, potato flakes and garlic salt.
  4. Dip chicken thighs in egg mixture and then roll thighs in crumb mixture.
  5. Place chicken thighs in a baking pan.
  6. Sprinkle with melted butter and oil. Bake at 400u0b0 for about 35 minutes.
  7. Increase temperature to 450u0b0 and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness of thighs, until chicken is tender and done to your liking.
  8. Juices should run clear when pierced with a fork.
