Oven-Fried Zucchini With Lemon Dipping Sauce

• 3 cups (1/4-inch) sliced zucchini (2 large)
• 2 tablespoons fat-free Italian dressing
• 1/4 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
• 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• Cooking spray
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• Lemon Dipping Sauce

1. Preheat oven to 450u0b0.
2. . Combine zucchini and Italian dressing in a medium bowl; toss well to coat.
3. . Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, and paprika in a shallow dish. Dredge zucchini slices in breadcrumb mixture, and place on a jellyroll pan lined with foil and coated with cooking spray. Drizzle zucchini evenly with olive oil.
4. . Bake at 450u0b0 for 15 minutes. Serve immediately with Lemon Dipping Sauce.
