Ultimate Cheese Pizza
- Fresh mozzarella slices
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
- Shredded Gouda cheese
- Fresh basil
- Prepare Homemade Pizza Dough as directed. Place rounds directly on grill grate (cornmeal side down), and grill, covered with grill lid, 4 minutes or until golden brown. Carefully flip dough. Spread each pizza crust with 2 Tbsp. Slow-Cooker Tomato Sauce. Top each with 3 fresh mozzarella slices, 1 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese, and 1 oz. shredded Gouda cheese. Grill, covered with grill lid, 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is browned and bubbly. Top with fresh basil.

- Preheat grill to high (at least 400u0b0) heat. Slide pizza dough rounds directly onto grill grate (cornmeal side down) from baking sheet, and grill, covered with grill lid, 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Carefully flip dough.
- Top cooked side of crust with desired sauce and toppings.
- Grill, covered with grill lid, 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
