Layered Seafood Pizza
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1 (12 oz.) jar cocktail sauce
- 3/4 lb. shrimp, boiled and peeled
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 3 green onions with tops, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. sliced black olives
- salted crackers
- Mix cream cheese until smooth.
- Add mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasonings.
- Spread evenly in a circle onto a round glass or silver serving platter.
- Refrigerate while preparing other toppings.
- Chop half the shrimp.
- Layer ingredients on top of cream cheese as follows: cocktail sauce, chopped shrimp, cheese, green onions, green pepper and olives. Arrange whole shrimp on top.
- This should resemble a pizza.
- Serve with salted crackers.
