Fruit Smoothie

  1. Add whichever optional ingredients you like.
  2. Be creative. Use a blender and add crushed ice.
  3. Put ingredients into blender one at a time and then blend to puree consistency.
  4. Add the additional, optional ingredients if you like.
  5. You may experiment and one at a time.
  6. Taste and experiment. .
  7. .Delicious!
  8. If too thick, more juice; if too thin, add an additional banana.
  9. Serve immediately!
  10. Makes 4 (8-ounce) portions.

cups ice, apricot nectar, bananas, cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, peaches, strawberries, vanilla yogurt
