Everything Bagel Cheese Ball
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces white cheddar, grated
- 8 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 2 teaspoons dried onion
- 2 teaspoons dried garlic
- Combine cream cheese and white cheddar in the bowl of a food processor; process until smooth.
- Gently fold in the salmon and capers until fully incorporated. crape cream cheese mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Using lightly moistened hands, shape cream cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until it can be easily rolled.
- Whisk together sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried onion, and dried garlic in a small mixing bowl until evenly combined. Spread mixture evenly on a rimmed baking sheet. Roll the cheese ball in sesame seed mixture to evenly coat.
- Place cheese ball on a serving platter; serve with bagel chips.
