Polly'S Hoagies

  1. Cut bread horizontally into halves; spread bottom half with butter.
  2. Layer cheese, salami, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, ham, turkey breast and green pepper; put hot pepper on top with remaining half of bread.
  3. Secure loaf with 6 long wooden picks or small skewers.
  4. Cut into 6 pieces.
  5. Makes 6 servings.
