Peaches 'N Cream Cheesecake
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
- 3 Tbsp. softened margarine
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (1 lb.) can peaches, drained (reserve syrup)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. peach juice
- sugar and cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Grease 10-inch pie pan.
- Beat first 7 ingredients 2 minutes; pour into pie pan.
- Arrange peaches on batter.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and peach juice; beat on high until smooth.
- Arrange cheese on peaches, about 1-inch from edge of pie plate.
- Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
